How Many People Will The Chocolate Fountain Serve?

Chocolate Fountains are designed so that they can be replenished with chocolate at any time during the event which means, technically, the fountain could be used to feed limitless amounts of people. It is recommended that the 40" fountain be used for events of up to 400 people.

What Is The Size Of The Chocolate Fountain?

The large fountain stands at 40”. The fountain weighs approximately 90lbs without chocolate and approximately 125lbs with chocolate. The Baby Fountain stands at 18". The fountain weighs 15lbs without chocolate and approximately 20lbs with chocolate.

Does Your Chocolate Contain Nuts Or Nut Traces?

Yes unless specified, however when you hire our fountains, rest assured that we will display a warning for your guests that our products may contain traces of nuts or nut products so that we have no unpleasant surprises at your special event, and you have the option of plain, milk or white chocolate for your fountain.

Do I Have To Set Up & Clean Up The Chocolate Fountain?

No, leave all the set up, tear down and clean up to us. We will need at least 1 hour prior to the event to set up and at least 1 hour after the event to clean up.

How Long Can I Have The Chocolate Fountain At My Event?

The initial cost includes 4 hours of service. If you know ahead of time that you want to have the fountain longer, you may request additional time for a fee of (55.00 per hour). If the request is made at the event and the service provider agrees to the additional time, the additional fee is due at the time of the request.

What Are The Table & Electrical Requirements?

It is a necessity that the table used to hold the Chocolate Fountain be sturdy and level for the fountain to operate properly. The Chocolate Fountain requires a grounded, 240 volt electrical outlet within 10 feet of where the fountain will be located. Either you or your banquet facility should provide colour coordinated table linens for the table holding the fountain.

What Accompaniments Can Be Used With The Fountain?

We will work with you or your caterer to provide the most delicious array of food. If you are using a caterer we ask that you provide us with their name and number. We will coordinate between the caterer and you to decide the best dipping snacks for your event, be it strawberries, marshmallows, fudge or anything else you would think to dip into the melted chocolate.

Can The Chocolate Fountain Be Used Outdoors?

It is best not to use the Chocolate Fountain outside. Anything that may be flying around may get trapped in the chocolate making for a not so good experience.

Do You Require Reservations & A Deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit of 20% of the total cost to hold a reservation past the initial five days. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance owed is due 14 days prior to the event
